Project timeline depends on permits, the unit, and utility coordination. We give a clear schedule with the free estimate, then keep you posted as work progresses.
What size generator do I need?
It depends on what you want to power. A 14kW unit handles essentials: HVAC, kitchen, lights, a well pump. A whole-home 22kW runs virtually everything simultaneously. We'll size it properly during the free estimate.
Do you service generators you didn't install?
Yes. We service all major brands regardless of who sold or installed the unit. As an Authorized Generac Service Provider, we can also handle Generac warranty work directly.
How often does a standby generator need maintenance?
At minimum annually. Our annual plan starts at $299/year and covers the scheduled work. We also recommend a quick check after any extended run during an outage.
Do you offer military or senior citizen discounts?
Yes. Year-round discounts for active duty military, veterans, and senior citizens. Multi-year maintenance agreements add additional savings on top.
Can I schedule and pay online?
Absolutely. Book any service in about a minute on our booking page, and pay invoices, deposits, and renewals securely from your phone.
